We are seeking a detail-oriented Claim Processor to join our team and manage insurance claims related to damaged and lost packages.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full cycle of insurance claims for damaged and lost packages.
- Collect and verify all necessary documentation and evidence for claims.
- Prepare and maintain accurate claim records and spreadsheets.
- Submit claims and follow up with carriers/insurance providers to ensure timely resolution.Generate reports on claim activity and provide updates to management.
- Monitor claim payments and ensure all reimbursements are received and recorded properly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal departments as needed.
- Qualifications:Previous experience in claims processing, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Toronto Time)
- Part-time: 20 hours per weekSalary: $600 per month (USD)
