Responsibilities:

• Customer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media DMs
• Process orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues
• Provide product information and support using our internal tools
• Social Media & Marketing
• Post regularly on Instagram and Facebook
• Respond to comments and messagesAssist in planning and scheduling campaigns or promotions
• Collaborate on content ideas, reels, and visuals
• Content CreationWrite captions, product descriptions, and short blog-style texts
• Support with graphics using Canva (or similar tools)Help maintain a consistent tone and voice for Genrevive
• Working Hours:(5 hours) a Day!
• (Corresponds to 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Toronto time)
• Must be available for daily check-ins and time-sensitive customer messages
• Compensation:Starting at $5–$8 USD/hour, depending on experience and skill setPay range: $5/$6 per hour x 25/30 hours/week = $500/600month
• Performance-based bonuses availableOpportunity for a pay increase after the first 3 months based on performance, reliability, and contribution to the teamPaid as freelance subcontractor via PayPal, or Revolut

You’re a Fit If You:

• Speak fluent English
• Have experience with customer support and/or social media marketingAre familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Gmail
• Are reliable, responsive, and love working with wellness and lifestyle brands Can learn fast and take initiative without waiting for micromanagement
