Simpals is the largest classifieds platform, a detailed map of Moldova, amazing cartoons, fresh news, effective advertising, globally sought-after devices for swimming and freediving, an online ticketing service, city greening and mural projects, and the most spectacular sports events in the country.

We are currently actively developing the SONR project (https://www.sonr.pro/) and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you'll primarily focus on product ownership for marketplaces, while also supporting broader product initiatives. You'll work closely with marketing, logistics, and analytics teams to make sure our products perform across platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Track inventory, manage stock planning based on seasonality and demand across all marketplaces
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest hypotheses for pricing, product ideas, promotions, or new platform launches
• Handle any technical issues related to product listings or accounts on the marketplaces
• Develop and structure offers and promotions for various campaigns and deals
• Work with the marketing team to build value propositions for different promotion channels
• Research and test new platforms or markets to launch our products
• Track platform metrics (e.g. Account Health) and take action to keep them in good shape
• Monitor listing ratings and help organize the collection of reviews (with management approval)
• Сonduct qualitative and quantitative research to support product decisions
• Test pricing and product hypotheses across various segments, markets, and platforms

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ year of any professional experience (office, startup, or team-based environment)
• Speaks English at B2+ level - you’ll be working with tools and possibly partners in English
• Is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Shows initiative, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership
• Is comfortable with stressful situations, deadlines, and learning on the go

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience working in startups, e-commerce, sales, or marketing
• Some background in marketplaces
• Demonstrated interest in product management or digital products
