REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in a product management, business ownership, or strategic growth role
- Experience with AdTech / MarTech products or privacy-related technologies (CMPs, CDPs, DMPs)
- Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, IAB TCF, and data privacy landscape
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products to multiple markets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the CMP product: from vision to execution
- Define and implement the product development strategy, aligned with business goals
- Build product strategy, team structure, and operational processes from the ground up
- Drive market expansion — identify opportunities and lead product rollout across multiple regions and verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales) to deliver value
- Analyze user needs, regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, TCF, etc.), and market trends
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery and long-term vision
- Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies where applicable
- Monitor product KPIs and continuously optimize value proposition, adoption, and monetization
- Represent the product in strategic discussions and support decision-making at the company level
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with SaaS platforms, B2B clients, and/or publisher-side tools
- Knowledge of consent UX best practices, tag management, and user segmentation
- Understanding of legal-tech, reg-tech, or compliance-related solutions
- Prior startup or scale-up experience
