Responsibilities:

• Create & process orders from marketplaces (eBay/Amazon) and other channels;
• Verify part numbers, vehicle compatibility, and addresses.
• Check stock & lead times; coordinate alternatives/backorders and keep customers updated.
• Prepare shipments: select service, generate labels and invoices.
• Track & trace: monitor shipments daily, resolve exceptions (delays, address issues, lost/damaged) and ensure on-time delivery.
• Returns & RMAs: initiate return labels, restocking steps, and refunds per policy.
• Recordkeeping: update CRM/Sheets, maintain order notes, and send end-of-day summaries.
• Quality & accuracy: hit targets for order accuracy, on-time ship rate, and low reship/errors.
• Tech RequirementsComputer/laptop (Windows/macOS) + high-speed internet (min. 25 Mbps)
• Comfortable with: Excel / Google Sheets Marketplaces & simple ERPs/CRMs
• Shipping tools (e.g., carrier portals)
• Online part verification & basic research
• AI/chat tools to draft clear customer updatesSlack, Zoom, and remote access apps

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
• Comfortable juggling multiple orders, shipments, and updates in parallel
• Automotive interest (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Availability during Toronto business hours (3 PM–12 AM MD time)
• Bonus: familiarity with North American carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post)
