• Enet Auto Parts Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote – Moldova Based)
• Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Moldova Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto Time)
• Type: Freelance Agreement
• Pay: Every 3 weeks?️

Responsibilities:

•  Respond to customers via phone, eBay, Amazon, email, etc.
•  Provide quotes, check part availability and compatibility
•  Assist with orders, returns, shipping, and refunds
•  Handle ~10–20 customer calls daily
•  Maintain high standards of communication and support

Tech Requirements:

• Computer/laptop (Windows/macOS)
•  High-speed internet (min. 25 Mbps)
•  Basic skills in:– Excel / Google Sheets– Online search for part verification– Platforms like eBay, Amazon, CRMs– Using AI/chat tools for support– Slack, Zoom, and remote apps
