Main responsibilities
Strategic recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process: profile analysis, sourcing, interviews, offers
- Apply various methods of attracting candidates (headhunting, networking, referrals)
- Create relevant and memorable experiences for candidates at each stage
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers and internal clients to define and cover real needs
- Use and improve the ATS for efficiency and transparency
- Define and analyze recruitment OKRs for continuous improvement
- Produce periodic reports with relevant indicators for strategic decisions
Employer Branding:
- Be the ambassador of our culture - transmit values, people and projects authentically
- Design and implement creative talent attraction campaigns (social media, video, interviews, storytelling, etc.)
- Organize or participate in employer branding events: fairs, meet-ups, collaborations with tech communities
- Collaborate with the communication team to promote the internal and external brand
- Monitor brand perception employer and propose strategic initiatives to strengthen it
- Explore trends, methodologies and best practices in the field to stay one step ahead
This position suits the person who has:
Recruitment skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (end-to-end)
- Solid experience in sourcing, outreach & networking with active and passive candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and data orientation: define, monitor and optimize metrics
- Ease in using ATS and digital recruitment tools
Employer Branding skills:
- Experience in developing and implementing employer branding campaigns (social media, video, content marketing, partnerships, etc.)
- Experience in organizing or participating in employer branding events: fairs, conferences, hackathons, collaborations with tech communities, etc.
- Ability to translate organizational values and culture into coherent and relevant messages
- Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, responsible attitude and passion for people, technology, communities and brand image
