About the Position:

To support our ongoing growth, we are hiring a Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager – a passionate professional who can connect the right people with real opportunities and transform our organizational culture into an authentic, recognizable, and relevant employer brand. You will shape the candidate experience, collaborate directly with internal teams, and build a strong, memorable employer presence.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment process: profile analysis, sourcing, interviews, offer management;
• Apply various candidate attraction methods (headhunting, networking, referrals);
• Create relevant and memorable experiences for candidates at every stage;
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal clients to define and fulfill real needs;
• Use and continuously improve the ATS for efficiency and transparency;
• Define and analyze recruitment OKRs for continuous improvement;
• Prepare regular reports with relevant KPIs for strategic decisions.

Employer Branding:

• Be the ambassador of our culture – authentically communicating our values, people, and projects;
• Design and implement creative talent attraction campaigns (social media, videos, interviews, storytelling, etc.);
• Organize or participate in employer branding events: job fairs, meet-ups, collaborations with tech communities;
• Collaborate with the communications team to promote the employer brand both internally and externally;
• Monitor employer brand perception and propose strategic initiatives to strengthen it;
• Explore trends, methodologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

This role is a great match for someone with:
Recruitment Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience;
• Strong expertise in sourcing, outreach, and networking with both active and passive candidates;
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills;
• Analytical thinking and data orientation: define, track, and optimize key metrics;
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools.

Employer Branding Skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing employer branding campaigns (social media, video, content marketing, partnerships, etc.);
• Experience organizing or attending employer branding events: job fairs, conferences, hackathons, tech community collaborations;
• Ability to translate values and organizational culture into clear and relevant messages;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• A proactive, responsible attitude, and a passion for people, technology, communities, and brand image.
