Now, we’re looking for a visionary Game Designer - someone who can bring bold ideas to life, shape gameplay that captivates, and design experiences that leave a lasting impact. Responsibilities:

• Design and refine core gameplay mechanics and game systems
• Develop engaging levels, missions, and challenges
• Work closely with artists and programmers to bring design concepts to life
• Balance game difficulty, pacing, and progression
• Create and maintain detailed game design documentation
• Analyze player feedback and iterate on design for the best experience

Requirements:

• Experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry (or a strong portfolio of personal/indie projects)
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and level design
• Ability to create clear and structured game design documents
• Basic understanding of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
• Strong analytical skills and ability to refine gameplay based on feedback
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scripting or programming (C#, Blueprint, Lua)
• Familiarity with game balancing and monetization strategies
• Experience working on multiplayer or cooperative games
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for game interfaces
