About the Company:

Now we’re looking for a talented Level Designer to join our team and take our level quality to the next level.

What you will do:

• Design and build game levels and locations based on game design documentation
• Populate levels with gameplay elements, events, and interactive objects
• Balance and test levels to ensure smooth difficulty progression and fun gameplay
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers
• Continuously improve levels through iteration and feedback

What we expect from you:

• Solid understanding of level design principles and game mechanics
• Strong sense of composition, pacing, and player guidance
• Experience in balancing level difficulty and gameplay flow
• Skills in iterative design and testing
• Strong ability to work with Unity
• English (for reading and understanding technical documentation)
