We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Operations team by accurately entering and maintaining logistics and operational data. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update shipment, driver, and customer data in internal systems;
• Verify documents and ensure data accuracy and consistency;
• Support daily operational reporting and tracking;
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams;
• Perform other data-related tasks as assigned;

Requirements:

• At least a B2 level of English (written and spoken);
• Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative support;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
