We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately process invoices and repair data, support inventory updates, and assist with administrative tasks. The position is full-time and requires office presence.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data for vendor invoices and repair orders;
• Review and process billing information, ensuring proper coding and documentation;
• Update inventory records and support accurate financial reporting;
• Assist with general data entry tasks and special projects as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a B2 level of English (written and oral);
• Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative support;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
