What you'll be doing:

• Plan, lead, and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery aligned with strategic goals
• Prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively to keep teams focused and productive
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Monitor testing processes and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to mitigate them early
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely progress reports to management

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in project management (experience in finance, IT, or software development is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to keep everyone on the same page
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – juggling multiple priorities doesn’t scare you
• A sharp analytical mindset – you spot problems early and find effective solutions
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and issue tracking best practices
