In this role, you will:

• Coordinate ground handling processes during check-in, boarding, and ramp operations.
• Monitor safety, investigate incidents, and prepare related reports.
• Represent the company in meetings with partners and airport authorities.
• Manage ramp operations (Ground Control): aircraft stand allocation, technical support, special requests.
• Ensure high-quality passenger service, especially in irregular situations.

We expect from you:

• Oversee and boost sales of ancillary services during flight operations.
• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
• At least 1 year of experience in aviation.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+).
• Confident user of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and find solutions in non-standard situations.
• Multitasking, communication skills, stress resistance.
