The main purpose of a Data Entry Specialist (not a remote position) is to ensure all freight loads are accurately and promptly entered, updated, and managed in the Trucking Management System (TMS), supporting operational efficiency and real-time visibility for the dispatching and logistics teams.

Schedule: 15.00 - 00.00 Moldova time

Responsibilities:

• Collect Rate Confirmations from Dispatchers
• Enter new loads into the Trucking Management System
• Edit and update existing loads as needed
• Move/reassign loads within the TMS
• Prepare and share reports on load data as required
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in English
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, data entry, TMS navigation, report generation)
• Capacity to handle mental focus and occasional stress
• Physically able to sit for extended periods, handle screen exposure, and manage light lifting
