Data Quality Specialist (Part-Time / Evening Shift)
Joymind Mental Health is seeking a meticulous, focused, and reliable Data Quality Specialist to join our team. While this role is not client-facing, you will play a critical part in our mission by ensuring that every client’s journey is documented accurately and that our systems run smoothly.
If you are a detail-oriented person who enjoys structure, spotting errors, and organizing data, this is the best job for you! You will work from home, verifying information within our internal systems to ensure our therapists and sales teams have exactly what they need to help clients find relief. Your precision and efficiency will directly support the smooth operation of our mental health services.
Schedule: Part-time (approx. 24-30 hours/week). Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (16:00 – 22:00 Moldova Time). Days: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are mandatory, plus 2 flexible weekdays (to be agreed upon). Potential to move to Full-Time in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify Data Accuracy: Review data input by various departments (Sales, Support) to ensure correctness. For example, after a sale is made, you will double-check that the sales team has entered the correct package details, scheduled the sessions, and filled in all required fields.
- Audit CRM Records: Work extensively within Kommo (amoCRM) to match information, ensure responsible team members are assigned to leads, and correct any data entry errors.
- Manage Data Consistency: Cross-reference data between Kommo, Google Spreadsheets, and our proprietary company app to ensure all systems match perfectly.
- Execute Repetitive Tasks Efficiently: Perform routine checks and data entry tasks with high speed and consistency, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Support Operations: Assist the IT and Operations teams by flagging recurring issues or inconsistencies in data entry.

- Experience is not required- we are happy to train the right person!
- Strong advantage: Familiarity with Kommo (amoCRM) and Google Sheets is a big plus.
- Someone who enjoys repetitive, systematic work and can maintain focus for long periods.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the US-based team.

- Good English skills (communication with some members of the team is in English).
- Extreme attention to detail -you are the type of person who spots typos immediately.
