Description of the role

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for quick and accurate document processing and will be required to undertake all relevant processes daily to help the company operate efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific profile
  • Experience in HR Documentation is required
  • Medium level of English (B1)
  • Advanced level of Romanian and Russian
  • People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting
  • Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information
  • Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and a clear sense of responsibility
  • Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs.
  • Strong interest in learning new things and constant motivation for self-development

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and process all types of HR documentation (contracts, additional agreements, orders, etc.)
  • To enter employee information into the company’s internal information systems (1C, SAGE)
  • To cooperate with the company’s bank on the opening of salary bank cards for employees
  • To keep time records of employees/attendance control
  • To prepare HR Operations reports and statistics (vacation balance, report for a health and safety specialist, etc.)
  • To advise employees on labor legislation
