Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
• Find carriers, check carrier capacity and negotiate competitive prices
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
• Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:

• Experience in freight brokerage or similar position (USA & Canada)
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
