Joymind is hiring an Appointment Setter to help clients take the first step toward working with our hypnotherapy team. The role is remote, primarily text-based, and requires fluent written English.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads over text and chat, answer their questions, and build rapport.
• Schedule consultations with our consultation team by guiding conversations toward a booking.
• Follow up with leads who showed interest but haven't booked yet.
• Keep client records, notes, and reminders accurate inside our CRM.
• Stay current on Joymind's services so you can answer questions correctly.
• Optional: take phone calls with clients. Strong phone communicators qualify for a higher pay tier.

Schedule (Eastern Time)

• Friday: 11 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 9 AM – 8 PM
• Monday: 10 AM – 5 PM
• Tuesday: 10 AM – 5 PM

Weekends are required. If you can't work Saturday and Sunday, this role isn't a fit.

Compensation Base plus commission. Average monthly earnings around $500 USD, with $1,000+ available for strong performers. Phone-qualified setters earn at the top of this range.

What we're looking for

• Fluent written English.
• Comfortable working with a CRM, or willing to learn one quickly.
• Empathetic but goal-oriented — this is a booking role inside a mental health context, and you'll need to hold both at the same time.
• Self-directed. You'll work from home with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: strong spoken English (unlocks the phone tier and higher pay), or prior experience in chat support, customer service, appointment setting, or similar client-facing work.
