С1 Logistics is looking for a HR Manager / Recruiter to join our team in Chisinau. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent on the USA market with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers in order to establish accurate hiring needs;
• Prepare job descriptions and recruit on various job boards;
• Identify, acquire, assess, headhunt, and screen candidates' resumes;
• Perform interviews to identify the best talents for the company's open vacancies;

Requirements:

• 1 year of recruiting experience is an advantage;
• Advanced spoken English is a must;
• Proficient verbal and written skills;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
