We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team.

Who are we looking for
PPC Specialist takes over the practical side of delivering marketing campaigns on core traffic acquisition platforms. You'll manage the experiments, campaign creation and analyse their results based on the marketing strategy developed by the team.

What will be your main responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
Keyword research and management to optimize bids
Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost KPIs and landing pages to boost conversion rates
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

You'll do great if you combine the following criteria:

Experience in PPC Management, ideally gained within an agency;
Experience working with e-commerce projects is a plus;
Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken - is a must;
Comfortable with data analysis using Excel/Sheets and learning new technology;
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, G-ads, META
Capacity for critical thinking and employing strategy to hit business goals;
Team player - propensity to make decisions that are for the good of the group.
