Joymind, a prominent entity in the wellness industry, provides a haven for those grappling with Stress & Anxiety, Relationship Trauma, Weight Loss, Addictions, Fears & Phobias, and more, through our Hypnotherapy and Coaching sessions, packages, and subscriptions.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the reassuring voice and supportive presence for our clients, ensuring their interactions with Joymind are positive and uplifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat with empathy and patience.
• Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling sessions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data within our CRM.
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with Joymind.
• Collaborate with Hypnotherapists and Coaches to facilitate seamless client experiences.
• Engage in continuous training and development in customer service and mental health awareness.

• Proficient computer and CRM skills.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Joymind team.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary:   $800 per month, with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) bonuses that can bring the total monthly salary up to $2000.

Benefits: Paid training, Work from home

Work Location: Remote

Schedule: 8 hour shift (9AM-6PM EST(New York Time))

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
