Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist who will work cross-functionally to develop strategy and write copy for email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers. In this position you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy.

Project Description:

This project will require 5-10 hours per week with the primary goal of organizing our ActiveCampaign from maintenance, data analytics, tagging, automation, pruning, campaign creation, email sequencing, and more. The tasks listed below encompass approximately 90% of the project scope, but there may be additional requirements as the project progresses.

Key Tasks Include:

Pruning

• Identify and segment inactive subscribers (60 days).
• Weekly removal of hard bounces and unsubscribes.
• Develop content feedback request email with an easy opt-out option.
• Send a final "Break-Up" email to unopened subscribers.
• Remove non-responders after the "Break-Up" email.

Re-engagement

• Segment list of unopened subscribers (60 days).
• Develop and set up quizzes, case studies, and email series in ActiveCampaign.
• Write and send introductory and follow-up emails.
• Analyze campaign performance and re-engagement rate.
• Implement ongoing engagement strategies based on insights.

Next Steps

• Segment engaged and unengaged subscribers for further nurturing or removal.
• Create clear SOPs for every process for future management. Additional Tasks
• Set up a KPI dashboard app and integrate it with ActiveCampaign.
• Create niche segments, tags, and campaigns/automations tailored to specific pain points/solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ActiveCampaign.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Availability to work US hours
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications or similar
• Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Conversational English level (at least B2)

Successful completion of this project could lead to a long-term position within our company, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our email marketing strategies.

This will be a remotely administered Part Time position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours are semi-flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet.
