About the Company:
EasyWayPro specializes in DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety for the American trucking industry. We help motor carriers across the US with driver documentation, audit preparation, permits and licensing, and overall compliance with federal regulations.

We are looking for a Safety Manager — a specialist who will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining DOT/FMCSA compliance for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain clients' Driver Qualification (DQ) Files
• Review and process documentation during driver onboarding
• Oversee DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing compliance
• Track expiration dates for driver licenses, medical certificates, and permits
• Prepare client companies for DOT audits
• Work with FMCSA portals (Clearinghouse, DataQs, etc.)
• Communicate with clients in English (email, phone)
• Monitor changes in FMCSA/DOT regulations and keep the team informed
• Use internal company software to track driver data and compliance status

Requirements:

• Confident English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, comfortable handling large volumes of documentation
• Experience in the trucking industry, DOT compliance, or a related field is a plus (not required — willingness to learn is enough)
• Solid computer skills, experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure
