JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of H & S Plan, according to contract specification for OHL
• Monitoring health & safety of work locations for Overhead Transmission Lines
• Carry out risk analysis of job activities to be perform at site and for the activity method statement for Overhead Transmission Lines
• Daily Tool box talk & permit to work for the job activity happening at work location.
• Preparation of monthly HSE report & submission to client 
• Weekly HSE meeting, Report preparation & submission to client 
• HSE audit -KEC –(application & audit score training will be provided.)
• Tools & Plants, Machineries ,vehicle inspection.
• Documents records update 
• Working Knowledge of English and Fluent in Native Moldovan / Romanian

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• University Master or Bachelor Degree in Environment, Social or Engineering
• Specialist must have 5 years of relevant work experience in managing occupational health, safety performance including implementation of environmental management plan of infrastructure project of at least one international contract technically similar in complexity, involving higher transmission lines.

High energetic person and ready to take challenge to drive / lead the HSE implementation activities as lead indicator with proactive mind set and zeal to lean and show its best on project based environment at project site having good communication and presentation skills.
