What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects across international, cross-functional teams;
Define and manage project scope, timelines, and software development processes following Agile or hybrid methodologies;
Facilitate effective communication among clients and project teams to ensure alignment with project goals;
Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Engineering Department Managers to ensure alignment on project goals, resource planning, and organizational priorities;
Act as a point of contact for client executives (Directors, VPs, C-suites) ensuring transparency, trust, and partnership;
Drive change management initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality;
Foster a strong feedback culture and guide team members toward professional growth and performance excellence;
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes;
Track key delivery metrics and continuously improve internal practices.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or technology consulting;
Mindset: Proactive, ownership-driven, and focused on continuous improvement;
Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience applying them in distributed team environments;
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage performance, and nurture a culture of accountability and excellence;
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders;
Change Management: Proven experience managing organizational or process change across multi-team environments;
Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
Background: Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Prior hands-on experience in BA / QA / Developer / etc. role is a plus;
English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher; comfortable in international client communication.
