ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: This role is with the Global CRM – Integration department Team.  The CRM – Integration department is responsible for the practices, processes and technologies that operating segments and regions use to manage, record, and evaluate customer interactions in order to drive sales growth by deepening and enriching relationships with their customer bases.  Candidates will work in an innovative environment comprised of leading edge implementation of CRM tools (salesforce.com), Marketing tools (Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), integrated with cloud-based authoritative reference data providers including:  BoardEx, CapIQ, DnB, MergerMarket, with a focus on enabling the mobile enterprise and maximizing collaboration and organic growth. The Data Analyst role is for an experienced candidate who will play an integral role in developing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on the Salesforce platform. As a member of the CRM Global Team, you are directly responsible for empowering our senior executives with tools and information that ensure their continued success. As a key member of our team you will also be exposed to a variety of domains and technologies outside of the Salesforce platform. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Work with large datasets and append, enrich, dedupe information
• Use 3rd party resources to research and extract information
• Identify current data gaps and opportunities to improve data quality 
• Support  end users with reports and data tickets
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather information, and clearly communicate ideas, issues, and solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Relevant work experience in: Excel; Entry-level SQL and python
• Familiarity with Generative AI capabilities to extract and organize structured and unstructured data
• Analytical and attention to detail

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Relevant work experience or coursework: Salesforce Systems Administration and development; PowerBI or other reporting visualization tools
• Experience in a multinational company or with international clients
