JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Accounting Billing Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will support daily accounting and billing operations, work with financial records and documentation, and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Previous experience in accounting, billing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are open to motivated candidates who are ready to learn and develop professionally. Training will be provided.
A good command of English is the most important requirement for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily accounting and billing operations
• Work with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
• Review information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with reports and other accounting-related tasks
• Communicate with the team and management when necessary
• Maintain organized and accurate records

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command of English
• Basic computer skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Previous experience in accounting, billing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory

SALARY & WORK SCHEDULE

• Starting salary: from $1,000/month
• Monday–Friday
• 15:00–22:00
• Official employment
• Full-time, office-based position
