Build and implement enterprise software products, customize business modules on our core delivery platform - data models, business logic, interfaces, document and report generation
Building integrations between our clients' systems, and Python automation that makes delivery faster
Data migration and validation when clients move off legacy systems and Excel
Working directly with the tech lead and PM to understand the business process before you build - you will translate requirements into solutions, not close tickets
Using AI tools as part of how you work every day, not as a side experiment
Contributing to technical documentation and solution design
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on development experience, with projects you can walk us through in detail
Strong Python, you have built a real backend, not just scripts - REST APIs, relational database, an ORM
Full stack capability, preferably JavaScript or TypeScript. You have shipped something end to end
You understand data models and relations well enough to pick up a large existing codebase and figure out how it works
A proven habit of using AI in your development workflow, with concrete examples of what you produced with it
Native Romanian, conversational English - you can hold a professional conversation with a client and write clearly
Proactive and honest. You follow through, you ask when stuck, you do not go quiet
Coachable. You take feedback on your output without taking it personally, and you change your approach
Full-time and exclusive. No parallel projects or contracts
Bonus: ERP experience of any kind, SAP, Odoo, PostgreSQL, Docker, or a client-facing delivery role (not required, nice to have)
