ProCredit Bank Romania is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join the Finance & Reporting team. This is a hands-on role focused on producing and improving the bank's prudential and risk-related reporting to the National Bank of Romania (BNR).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prudential & risk reporting: prepare, validate and submit recurring BNR/EBA reports — including COREP (own funds, capital ratios, credit risk, operational risk), LCR, NSFR, IP Losses, asset encumbrance, large exposures, and leverage ratio.
• Data quality & reconciliation: analyze and reconcile data from the core banking system/ data warehouse, and accounting system; identify and escalate data quality issues; propose improvements to reporting workflows.
• Regulatory monitoring: track changes in BNR and EBA reporting requirements; assess impact on existing templates and processes.
• Group reporting: support the preparation of reporting packages for the group/parent bank (consolidation, IFRS-based packages).
• Ad-hoc & management reporting: develop risk-related analyses and presentations for Management and the Board, as needed.
• Projects: participate in reporting automation, data warehouse and system implementation projects as subject-matter expert.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory/prudential reporting in a bank
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: COREP, LCR, NSFR, large exposures, asset encumbrance, leverage ratio.
• Working knowledge of CRR/CRD requirements and BNR reporting instructions
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with large data sets under reporting deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other BNR reporting.
• Experience preparing group/consolidation reporting packages.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and  Basel framework.
