Joymind is America’s largest 1:1 virtual certified hypnotherapy platform - 40+ certified hypnotherapists working with clients across the US on the things they want to change about their lives. We are a personal growth and transformation company, not a healthcare provider.

We’re adding phone appointment setters. Leads come to us and land in our CRM. Your job is to reach them fast, have a real conversation, and book them with our consultation team.

What you’ll do

• Call leads as they come into the CRM - around 200 calls a day in this role.
• Answer their questions about Joymind and build rapport.
• Guide the conversation toward booking a consultation with our consultation team.
• Follow up with leads who showed interest but haven’t booked yet.
• Keep client records, notes, and reminders accurate in the CRM.
• Stay current on Joymind’s services so you can answer questions correctly.

What we’re looking for

• English at near-native level, with a US or British accent. Our clients are American and shouldn’t have to work to understand you.
• Comfortable working with a CRM, or able to learn one quickly.
• Steady on the phone at volume. Two hundred dials a day is the normal rhythm of this role.
• Warm and goal-oriented at the same time. People reach out to us at a point where they want something to change; the call has to feel human and still end in a booking.
• Self-directed. You’ll work from home with minimal supervision.
• Previous phone sales or appointment-setting experience helps, but isn’t required.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 US Eastern - roughly 16:00 to 01:00 Chișinău time. Five days a week; the exact hours are open to discussion.

Compensation

$800 USD per month, plus commission on consultations that get booked and show. Setters who consistently hit their booking numbers tend to land around $1,000. Commission depends on individual performance and isn’t guaranteed.

Getting started

Onboarding is paid. We’ll walk you through the CRM, what Joymind actually offers, and how these calls tend to go. You’ll ramp up to full call volume over your first couple of weeks rather than starting there.
