We're growing our team and looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer to build technology and AI integrations for our clients. You'll own your work end to end, use AI to deliver faster, and work in a team where what you build has real impact - building things that matter, not maintenance.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot (min 3 years)
• Experience with any modern frontend (Angular preferred)
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Confident conversational English - the main language for the work
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development - you actively use AI coding agents in your daily work and know the risks and opportunities
• A strong sense of ownership - you take responsibility, deliver quality on time, and work independently
• Our team works in Romanian day to day, so professional conversational Romanian matters too.

Nice to have:

• Python
• Experience in enterprise development, integrations or infrastructure
