We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer who understands business processes and knows how to translate them into reliable automations. You will work closely with stakeholders to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build automation solutions that actually stick.
You will:
- Build multi-step AI agents and automation flows (Python + n8n).
- Work with RAG pipelines, chunking strategies, and agentic workflows.
- Use tools like LangFuse/LangSmith for monitoring, EVALs, and training data.
- Connect APIs, services, triggers, and databases (PostgreSQL).
- Improve prompts, retrieval quality, and overall system performance.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business processes and how automation impacts operations
- Proven experience with LangSmith and or n8n
- Experience building production grade workflows, not just demos
- Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and webhooks
- Structured way of working, ownership mindset, and clear communication in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LLM-based automation and prompt design
- Basic JavaScript or Python skills
- Experience with Zapier, Make, Airflow, or similar tools
- Understanding of data storage, logging, and observability
