Account Manager (Customer Support Manager)

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and analyze complex situations
- Excellent customer service mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident computer user with the ability to quickly learn and work with web-based platforms and technical tools
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including advertising networks, traffic arbitrage, DSP, SSP, CPM, and related technologies
- Technical degree or completion of relevant IT courses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly respond to incoming inquiries, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional customer support.
- Onboard new clients, assist with platform setup, and ensure their ongoing success
- Investigate and resolve technical or operational issues, and escalate complex cases to the technical team when necessary
- Work closely with the Engineering and Sales teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to help enhance the product and internal processes
