An American based transportation and logistics company is looking for highly motivated Dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in USA market logistics, fluent in English, and possessing strong communication skills.

Job Details:

Work Schedule: 5 working days (8.00AM-5.00PM EST time), 2 days off.

Vacation: 1 week paid vacation, 2 weeks total vacation time per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with DAT load board
• Understanding of areas and market rates, booking the loads
• strong negotiation skills over calls and emails with brokers
• Resolution of emerging issues during the load transportation through all stages
• The ability to cooperate with other teams, share necessary information
• Primary communication with drivers
• Additional responsibilities may be added as company needs evolve.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in USA logistics
• Know the map of the United States of America
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
