Your Role As CEO / Country Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the company's strategy in Moldova
• Building relationships with employers, business owners, and key stakeholders
• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
• Managing recruitment operations and commercial activities
• Leading and developing local teams as the business grows
• Representing Vita Recruitment in the Moldovan market
• Ensuring sustainable growth and achieving agreed business objectives

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, sales, business development, or management
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the Moldovan labour market
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making abilities
• Professional level Romanian and good English communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented personality
