Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Commercial Business Analyst to work with our International Partners.
As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Base and Churn Management team, responsible for increasing the value of the Mobile and Fixed mass-market customer base.
You will translate customer, campaign, product, and behavioral data into actionable commercial insights that help reduce churn, improve retention, increase customer value, and optimize revenue and margin.
what you will be doing:
- Translate data into clear insights, conclusions, and commercial recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and anomalies in customer behavior and base
performance.
- Define and size target audiences for retention, upsell, cross-sell, loyalty,
engagement, and acquisition campaigns.
- Proactively explore new opportunities to increase customer value, revenue, margin,
satisfaction, and retention.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by defining target groups, KPIs, and performance
evaluations.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for base insights and
program performance.
- Present insights in a clear, visual, and actionable way using tools such as
PowerPoint, Excel, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Act as a proactive business partner to marketing, commercial, and management
stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and influence decisions through fact-based insights.
- Your focus will be to identify relevant audiences, uncover commercial opportunities, support campaign and program optimization, and build clear reporting for management
and stakeholders.
what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
- At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, commercial analyst, customer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (MUST)
- Strong commercial acumen and business curiosity. (MUST)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into analyses and data into actionable
recommendations. (MUST)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL (must), R, Python,
Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation/PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities without waiting for a request.

- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and influencing stakeholders positively. (MUST)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written. (MUST)
- Experience in telecom, subscription-based businesses, base management, churn
management, CRM, or campaign analytics is a plus.
