A.O. "CONCORDIA. PROIECTE SOCIALE" is an international NGO for children, young people, families and elderly in need. CONCORDIA is currently working in 7 countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Kosovo, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Switzerland).

We are looking for a project manager in the area of institutional fundraising in the Republic of Moldova (in Chișinău).

Your Responsibilities:

• Identifying funders and funding programs in line with the projects and programs developed within the organization;
• Keeping track of approved funders and grants in line with the projects and programs developed within the organization;
• Carrying out activities necessary for the preparation, submission and management of funding proposals/projects, in particular for institutional donors, foundations and other international bodies (such as the EU);
• Drafting the texts of project proposals in accordance with the requirements of the funders and ensuring their submission;
• Developing and assembling funding documents, including letters, proposals, budgets and presentations, together with the department, in accordance with funder requirements;
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating project implementation;
• Preparing and submiting to funders interim and final project reports, project evaluations and other documents as agreed with the funders in the project documents.
• Closely working with the international institutional fundraising team based in Vienna, Austria.

We expect from you:

• Higher education and relevant experience (minimum 2 years);
• Thorough knowledge in writing projects for institutional donors (EU and other international bodies are an advantage);
• Knowledge of advanced project management methods;
• Experience in working on international projects (an advantage);
• Interest in working with international teams;
• Knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet);
• Knowledge of Romanian, English - fluent (Russian and German are an advantage);
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills;
• Driving license and driving practice, cat. "B" (an advantage).
