We are looking for a detail-oriented Award Booking Specialist to assist us with booking flights using airline miles and loyalty points. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled at finding the best award travel options across multiple airline programs.

Responsibilities

• Search and book award flights using airline miles and loyalty programs.
• Compare award availability across multiple airlines and alliances.
• Assist agents with itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate booking information.
• Manage multiple bookings accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience with Sabre is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple bookings.
• Knowledge of airline loyalty programs and award travel is a plus.
