SKYWITHCLASS is a luxury travel agency specializing in Business and First Class tickets. We deliver premium services tailored to each client's unique travel needs. Our team prioritizes exceptional customer service, actively listens to clients, and creates personalized itineraries that provide a seamless premium travel experience.

We are hiring a Travel Consultant / Sales Agent to assist American clients with selecting and purchasing premium class tickets. This role is ideal for a natural salesperson who knows how to close deals, keep customers satisfied, negotiate effectively, and stay persistent in reaching targets.

No similar travel industry experience is required — we provide comprehensive hands-on training and teach you everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist American clients in selecting and purchasing Business and First Class tickets.
  • Explain flight packages, pricing structures, special offers, and premium travel options.
  • Use airline software to search for, compare, and book flights.
  • Build personalized flight itineraries, including multi-stop flights and connections.
  • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of different flight options to clients.
  • Act as a contact point between the client and the airline for issues during or after travel.
  • Highlight the benefits of booking with SKYWITHCLASS, including add-on services and exceptional customer support.
  • Communicate flight schedule changes, service updates, or offer changes to clients promptly.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of flight details and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Natural sales mindset with strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or an English-speaking role is desirable but not mandatory.
  • PC familiarity and ability to work confidently with booking tools and digital systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude, persistence, and willingness to reach ambitious targets.
  • Commitment to learning, improving, and mastering the role.
  • Willingness to work evening and night shifts according to US EST.
