We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Maintenance Department, someone who enjoys working with data and keeping things organized.

What you’ll do:

• Enter and update data for invoices and repair orders accurately;
• Check billing information and make sure everything is correct;
• Keep inventory records up to date;
• Assist with daily administrative and data entry tasks;
• Take part in additional projects when needed;

Requirements:

• Advanced English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written;;
• Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative support;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
