Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students who have submitted their details via our advertisements
• Consult clients on available courses, universities, and admission requirements
• Clearly explain our services and guide students through the application process
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and manage your daily call schedule efficiently
  

Requirements:

• English Language: Fluent spoken English is required
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM system
• AI Tools: Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar tools
• Call Volume: Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day
• Time Management: Strong organisational and self-discipline skills
• Stress Resistance: This role involves frequent phone communication — confidence is essential
