Are you a fast learner with strong communication skills and good English? We're looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in the logistics industry. No previous dispatch experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova time)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate truck pickups and deliveries across the US.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve transportation issues and update shipment information.
• Plan routes, manage documentation, and support daily dispatch operations.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
