We are seeking a Middle Fullstack Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications supporting customer-facing digital services, eCommerce solutions, and internal business platforms.
The role involves contributing to the development and improvement of frontend and backend solutions within a shared platform architecture, including server-rendered web applications, reusable component libraries, and integrations with backend services and content management systems.
The Fullstack Developer will analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions, and implement features aligned with the company’s digital roadmap. The role includes close collaboration with frontend developers, backend engineers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners, as well as planning and tracking development activities in Jira within an Agile delivery framework.
Additionally, the developer is expected to maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, ensuring performance, security, accessibility, and long-term sustainability of applications. The candidate demonstrates solid expertise in frontend development, understanding of backend integrations, and the ability to deliver reliable and scalable digital solutions.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to understand and work with existing frontend and backend architectures in web applications.
• Capability to develop, debug, and maintain web applications independently, with guidance from senior engineers when needed
• Strong discipline in version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or comparable technologies.• Build reusable and themeable UI components shared across multiple applications.
  
• Implement server-side rendered (SSR) features and client-side interactivity.
  
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services using REST/JSON and typed data contracts.
  
• Contribute to maintaining application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Work with shared component libraries, design systems, and monorepo-based architectures.
  
• Handle frontend state management, caching strategies, and data-fetching optimizations.
  
• Participate in extending and integrating headless CMS solutions and editorial workflows.
  
• Contribute to backend development tasks, including API endpoints and integrations where required.
  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and rendering issues.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and engineering practices.
  
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with frontend development using React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (3+ years).
  
• Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend development practices.
  
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and web application architectures.
  
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON-based data.
  
• Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable design systems.
  
• Familiarity with CSS architecture, responsive layouts, and theming approaches.
  
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
  
• Familiarity with package management and monorepo workflows.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both React and Vue.js ecosystems.
  
• Familiarity with TypeScript strict mode and schema validation libraries such as Zod.
  
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, PHP, Go, or Python.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and deployment workflows.
  
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimization techniques.
  
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms, search integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
  
• Familiarity with multilingual applications, localization, and SEO considerations.
  
• Exposure to gRPC, Protobuf, or typed RPC protocols is considered an advantage.
