Descrierea poziției vacante

We are looking for an energetic and positive Sales Manager to handle only inbound leads for Smart Glass Technologies. You will speak with interested US-based prospects who already reached out about our smart glass and smart film solutions, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with very good English, clear communication, and 2–3 years of experience in similar phone-based roles. You will be the first voice of our company for many customers, so we’re looking for someone professional, friendly, and fast-thinking.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from US-based leads interested in smart glass / smart film.
  • Qualify prospects by asking the right questions about their project, timeline, and budget.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team using our calendar/CRM tools.
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes about each lead and update status in the system.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional tone on every call.
  • Follow simple scripts and guidelines while also adapting to each customer’s situation.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Provide basic information about our products and services (training provided).
  • Respect US time zones and agreed shifts for calling and follow-ups.
  • Suggest improvements to scripts and processes based on daily lead conversations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in appointment setting, call center, customer service, or similar phone-based roles.
  • Very good spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly with US customers.
  • Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and in CRM tools.
  • Confident, energetic, and positive presence in conversations.
  • Ability to follow scripts but also think on your feet and handle objections.
  • Experience working with US clients is a strong plus.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
  • Strong time management and discipline for working with US hours.
  • Team player, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
