ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an international company serving the U.S. market, looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and fast-thinking professional to join our team in Chișinău.
As a Dispatch & Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls, chats, and online inquiries. Your role is critical in creating a positive first impression, building trust, and helping clients take the next steps toward working with our company.
This position combines exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires excellent English communication, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine desire to help people.
The initial schedule for this position is a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight), with opportunities for additional hours and future growth within the company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound phone calls, live chats, and online inquiries from prospective clients;
- Respond quickly to new leads and ensure every opportunity receives timely attention;
- Build trust and rapport through professional, empathetic, and engaging communication;
- Guide potential clients through the consultation process and encourage them to take the next steps;
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and maximize conversion opportunities;
- Handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and interactions.

Experience
- Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, sales, call centers, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is an advantage;
- Experience handling a high volume of calls, chats, or customer inquiries is highly valued;
- Strong candidates with excellent communication skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply even without direct experience.
