G Solutions Group was established in June 2014 in Belgrade, Serbia. The company operates within the global mobility industry and has a strong presence across Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other former Soviet countries. 

We provide a wide range of services in the fields of visas, immigration, seasonal employment, global workforce mobility, and student recruitment. Our clients include government institutions, academic organizations, corporations, and individual customers who require support for travel, work, study, or relocation anywhere in the world. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing application documents
• Data entry and system processing
• Communicating with clients
• Handling mail and documentation
• Administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements

• Good command of the English language (mandatory); knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Friendly, patient, and professional approach
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team

What We Offer

• A one month probation period
• Working hours: 8 hours per day (09:00–17:00), Monday to Friday
• All public holidays are observed as paid days off
