With a multicultural team of over 60 professionals we’re growing fast and looking for a talented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find stellar talent and take our growth to the next level. 

We need someone who knows how to spot a gem of a candidate and bring them on board with confidence. You’ll be the go-to person for finding talents in e-commerce, marketing, TikTok expertise, and customer support

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from A to Z: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Hunt for the best candidates — whether they’re actively looking or need a nudge (cold outreach).
• Develop talent attraction strategies and enhance the appeal of job postings.
• Build friendly communication channels with candidates and internal teams.
• Support the onboarding process and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
• Shape our company culture and help fine-tune how we recruit and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 + years of recruitment experience (bonus points if it’s with fast-growing companies, startups, or e-commerce).
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
• Knowledge of search techniques such as X-ray and Boolean search.
• A knack for building trust and connecting with even the toughest-to-reach talent.
• Comfort with cold outreach and the ability to make candidates feel excited about joining us.
• Strong communication and trust building skills with candidates.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
