Herensys specializes in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Employer of Record (EOR) 
services, and recruitment solutions, empowering businesses to focus on innovation. We also 
handle talent acquisition, compliance, and operational efficiency complexities.  

We are looking for an Operations & Key Account Manager who will combine client ownership, 
operational delivery, and regional business development across Moldova and Romania. 
This role is a hybrid position responsible for managing client accounts end-to-end, ensuring 
smooth delivery of outsourced workforce solutions, and expanding our regional presence 
through strategic client acquisition and partnerships.

What You'll Do: 

Operations & Delivery Management: 

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of outsourced employees 
  and contractors
• Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, HR, compliance, payroll) to 
  ensure smooth delivery 
• Monitor service delivery quality and resolve operational issues proactively  
  

Key Account Management:  

• Serve as the main contact for BPO, EOR, and recruitment clients, ensuring 
  strong relationships, client satisfaction, and account growth 
• Understand client workforce needs and coordinate effective service delivery 
• Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for service 
  optimization and account expansion 
  

Contracts and Compliance:  

• Draft review, and negotiate client contracts for BPO and EOR services 
• Ensure all agreements align with internal policies and local labor regulations 
• Collaborate with legal/compliance partners where needed to mitigate risks 
• Track contract renewals, amendments, and service scope changes

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience in Key Account Management, Operations, Recruitment, HR services, SaaS or 
  BPO/EOR environments 
• Strong understanding of client management + service delivery lifecycle 
• Good knowledge of the IT sector 
• Proficiency in English
