About the Role

Evikom is looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin & Recruiterto support the company’s  day-to-day HR operations and hiring processes.

This role combines HR administrative support with recruitment coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and ensuring smooth internal operations in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR-related documents and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate contracts and HR documentation with employees
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and HR data
  • Assist with internal HR processes and policies
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting and documentation management - raportarea catre instituțiile de stat - este/nu?
  • Coordinate communication and cooperation with external HR and legal providers from the UK, Finland, and Denmark.

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare candidate profiles and interview feedback
  • Maintain and update ATS/database records  - daca folositi vreun ATS?

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration  and recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in English and Romanian
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for Blue collar positions using  job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in international environments is considered an advantage
  • Experience working with B2B contracts
  • Familiarity with ATS/HR systems
