Purpose of position:

• Monitoring of volume and values and the activities of competitors in the market (statistics, benchmarks, market information, trends) and report to country coordinator
• Membership and leading cross-departmental projects and working groups
• Monitoring transfer price process and volumes
• Creating KPIs regarding country department overall performance and follow up
• Support in tenders related to Petrom Moldova S&L
• Monthly planning for all fuels supply in Moldova and APO input and follow up
• Support country coordinator in budgeting and contract negotiating processes
• Monitor and manage supply contract for their fulfillment
• Interface with Retail and Commercial Business Units for assuring all necessary products, including the necessary logistical services (transport and storage) by taking into consideration costs, quality and dates and all legislative and company-specific provisions and regulations

Planning and forecasting duties:

• Collaborate in the creation of strategies for the Downstream segment (refinery, commercial, retail)
• Monitor well-founded planning bases as part of the planning process for rel. products purchase prices and quantities (MTP, budget, forecasts and linear optimization programs)
• Planning and coordination of activities for the implementation white & black product supply strategy
• APO data upload responsible. Takes into consideration all changes occurred and foreseen
• Know-how in production, planning, supply and trading of petroleum products
• Knowledge of the logistics activities in Moldova
• Knowledge of legal procedures, customs regulation and special documents in petroleum operations
• Understand entire supply chain from refineries & 3rd party sources to terminals and filling stations

 Organization:

• Working out strategies in order to minimize the laid-down-costs and thereby increasing the EBIT-Potentials
• Collaboration with working out strategies concerning throughput agreements for OMV-Collections from external storages or exchange volumes in collaboration and cooperation with other concerned parties.
• Calculation and determination and checks of the Transfer price formulas
• Continuous Monitoring of external supply sources and their evaluation and forming new, continuing with existing or ending existing agreements.
• Continuous Market research of fuel markets (volumes, prices, qualities) and their analyses

 Coordination:

• Participation in logistics tenders preparation and post tender phase.
• Suggestions for improvement of the operations and processes in place.
• Supports the OilCo relations and discussion.
• Coordinates the supply – demand balance

Reporting

• Reports to Country Coordinator regarding the fulfillment of his/her job tasks, the status of activities and the results achieved.
• Reports about competitors and market development within Moldova and relevant markets;
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance according to personal objectives and submitting proposals for improvement measures to the line manager;

Main requirements:

• Management experience at least 5 years;
• Languages: Romanian; Russian; English fluent;
• Computer literate;
• Very good Knowledge of Republic of Moldova legislative requirements;
• Good presentation & communication skills;
• Managerial skills;
• Management of contractors;
• Driving license cat. B;
• Work experience in the product supply field: 5 years (preferable in oil &energy industry filed)
